These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cosmic Compass, a Vedic astrology app operated by Valorg Apps ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Cosmic Compass generates Vedic birth chart interpretations using AI. It is an informational and reflective tool — it does not provide professional advice of any kind (medical, financial, legal, psychological, or otherwise). Astrological interpretations are offered for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only.
We do not sell remedies, gemstones, rituals, or predictive services. We show you the sky — what you do with that information is entirely up to you.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Cosmic Compass. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@valorg.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may request account deletion at any time via the app (Settings → Delete account). Completed deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your ordinary profile and user content, including birth details, chart data, chat history, usage records, and remaining credits, are removed through the deletion process. Limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, audit, or legally required records may remain, and third-party providers may retain information under their own policies. Cosmic Compass offers a free tier (a limited number of messages per account) and non-renewing, consumable credit packs available through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. Credits are used for AI-powered chart interpretations beyond the free tier; they are not subscriptions, stored value, or currency.

Interpretations in Cosmic Compass are generated with assistance from a third-party AI provider. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or not applicable to your specific situation. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any interpretation provided.
You acknowledge that:
Cosmic Compass uses third-party services including Prokerala (chart computation), Anthropic (AI interpretation), Supabase (authentication and data storage), RevenueCat and Google Play (purchases), OpenStreetMap Nominatim (place search), and Railway (hosting). Their availability, outputs, and data handling are subject to their own terms and policies where applicable.
The Cosmic Compass app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Valorg Apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
The content of your chat messages remains yours. By submitting messages, you grant us a limited license to process that content to deliver the service (i.e., to send it to the AI interpretation engine and return the response to you).
Chat conversations are retained for up to 90 days. After the applicable retention period, eligible older chat sessions and associated messages may be permanently deleted and may no longer be available in the app. Save or copy anything you want to keep before the retention period expires. Limited unresolved credit-accounting state may temporarily delay deletion of an affected session.
We do not guarantee permanent availability of chat history, charts, transit calculations, AI responses, or any other service data. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of information you consider important.
Cosmic Compass is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on content generated by the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valorg Apps' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
