I lead technology delivery for software applications in the Commercial Banking domain at one of Canada's largest banks, spanning engineering delivery and technical product ownership across teams working in Java/Spring Boot, React, Camunda, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
Alongside that, I build and ship independent products under Valorg Apps — from idea to production, solo. It's the same skill set my day job draws on: architecture decisions, delivery sequencing, and the judgment to know what's actually worth shipping.
